We are the COULTER Family. My name is Joun David and my wife is Reva (Williams) She is from the Cumberland Gap Area of East Tennessee and I am from River View, AL. which is north of Phenix City, AL. We are both searching for our past. My past, so far, only goes to Taylor County, GA and area. Her past goes to Germany in two of her lines that we know of.Her lines, so far, are WILLIAMS, WILSON, CUPP, ROBINSON, BALL, LEE, AND YOUNCE and these are primarily from the above mentioned area into North Carolina.
Mine are COULTER, MYHAND, HODGE, BENNETT, ROGERS, WADKINS, DAVIS, LANGFORD and the maiden name of my gggrandmother Myhand. On her marriage application, it was Huldah CARUTON. We have been unable to find that surname anywhere in Georgia (Where sh says she was born). So far my ancestors have been in and around the middle Western part of Georgia and the Middle Eastern part of Alabama.
Any help will be greatly appreciated and any information we can give will be gladly given.
