From a phone conversation with Dede Voros, all of the children, except, Lester and Dede, were born at 15 Royal Avenue which is the first house from the corner of Royal Avenue and Niagara Street. She said that Nellie Topper was raised Roman Catholic but never attended church after she moved to Buffalo, New York. It was Roy that got the family attending church at Riverside Presbyterian Church. Dede shared that Nellie and Edward met at a concert in Buffalo. They met at Front Park located at Porter and Niagara. A phone conversation with Nancy Caci confirmed the same information. From a phone conversation with Roy E. W. Herrmann, June 28, 1999, Edward William Herrmann was the treasurer for the Kenmore Gun Club.
