The Family Tree of the Cox's of Alabama

I am a newcomer to Genealogy research but I have jumped right in and have compiled over 600 names, 12 descedants, 190 surnames, and still hard at work. As I have researched and gathered information from family, I see that genealogy research is a hobby that never ends. You always will have something else to add.
I have decided to stop adding distant relatives names in my tree till I have researched my own surname (COX) to satisfaction. I am excited where my investigation will take me.
