John Cox, from Gunpowder River Falls, County of Baltimore, MD, built a house in Bluff City, Sullivan County, TN in 1774. John Cox, Jr. born March 28, 1758 MD., migrated to Hawkins County, TN. where he married Tabitha Amis on July 20, 1784. |
