The John CRAWFORD & Jane HENDERSON Family Home Page

I am working on the John CRAWFORD (1707-1770) & Jane HENDERSON (1709-aft 1770) family. They were married in County Tyrone, Ireland about 1729. They left Ireland with son Robert, born 17 Jun 1731, married (1) Martha WOOD (abt 1734-1756) and (2) Elizabeth ARMSTRONG (1734/35-1818) and died 16 Oct 1777.
John, Jane and sons Robert(Patriot)and Archibald arrived Stamford, Connecticut in Aug 1733. Archibald, born at sea on 13 Aug 1733, married Mary BENEDICT (1740-1813) and died 8 Jun 1806 Saratoga Springs, New York. John & Jane then had two daughters Margaret, born 1735 Stamford, married Isaac SCRIBNER (1740-1818), and Ann, born 1737 Stamford, married John SMITH, Mr. SOPHER and Wills ROBINSON. Then they had two more sons, John(Loyalist) born 7 Jun 1738 Stamford, married Mary BROWN (-1835) and died 4 Feb 1818 Kings Co., New Brunswick, and James(Loyalist) born 12 Apr 1743 Stamford, married Rachel BENEDICT (1744/45-1816) (sister of Mary) and died 8 May 1830 Long Beach, New Brunswick.
Ann and James were married on the same day in Stamford, 21 Feb 1765.

I have over 29,500 names of decendants and allied families.

I would like to add to the "branches" of these "trees" in this "forest" and will share any of the information that I have.
