Notes for Steven Ray Craden: Steve graduated from Menomonee Falls High School in 1969. In high school, Steve lettered 4 years in Cross Country and 3 years in track. He was the president of his class as a sophomore, and served 3 years on the student council . During his senior year, he served as the the president of the student council and president of the varsity letterman's club. He graduated with honors, was awarded several school scholarships and was given the CITIZENSHIP AWARD by the Village of Menomonee Falls. He and his dad started Craden Mfg'ing as a part-time business in 1968 in Richfield, Wi. He attended the University of Wisconsin System and served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard from 1970-1976.
Steve and Sol developed Craden Mfg'ing into a 25 person company with sales in excess of $1,000,000 with Steve as the President/General Manager and Sol as the Vice President/Plant Manager. Steve left the company in 1982 and joined Process Displays as their National Sales Manager until 1989. In 1989, Steve was recruited as the Vice President of Sales for Yunker Industries in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin where he served until starting Steven R Craden & Associates in 1991.
Steven R Craden & Associates designed, produced and installed interior decor for the Food Industry with companies like Roundy's and Pick & Save. In 1998, Steve was asked by several business associates to assist them in managing their retirement and investment accounts as he had been successfully doing with his own. Upon acquiring a Wisconsin series 95 license as a "licensed investment advisor", Steve refocused the activities of Craden & Associates toward researching and investing in developing medical companies. Several profitable investments included: Laser Vision(LVCI) , VISX ( EYE ) , Vaso Technologies ( VASO ) and most notably, CYBER-CARE ( CYBR ).
Steve was married in 1976 to Laurie Williams, the best friend of his sister Jane. They lived at 11408 West North Avenue in Wauwatosa. They divorced in 1977 without producing any children.
Steve moved to Mill Valley Condominiums in 1978. In 1983, Steve married Geralyn Brusewitz from Bay View, Wisconsin. They continued to live at Mill Valley. They were divorced in 1987 also producing no children.
In July, 1993, Steve moved to the Bay Breeze Condominiums on Little Muskego Lake with Kathy Ochalek. They were married in 1994.
In addition to several executive level positions in business, Steve's activities include: playing racquetball, playing golf, flying airplanes, skiing and boating. He and Kathy travelled extensively to destinations like Jamaica, Cancun, California, New York, New Orleans, Utah, Colorado and Florida.
