      The Petition of Oscar M Mohn, 1959 Lititz Pike, Manheim Twp, Lancaster Co, Pa
respectfully represents that the above-named decedent was a citizen of the United States and resident of Lancaster county, Pa and died intestate at united Zion Home, Lititz, RD2, Warwick twp, Lancaster and State of Pa on Monday the 24th day of October AD 1949 at 1:45 o'clock AM
      That the said decedent left surviving the following named spouse, heirs and next of kin and no others:      William M Mohn            son            Akron, Pa
      Sallie Christ            daughter            Akron, Pa
      John M Mohn            son            Akron, Pa     
      Harry E Mohn            son            959 Skyline Dr. Lancaster, Pa

            The Administrator charges himself as follows:

      And we and each of us, each in consideration of the promise of the others, hereby agree to refund to the said estate pro rata any amount which may be necessary in the future to discharge any liabilities of the estate of which we may hereafter receive notice.
      And we and each of us do hereby release the said administrator of and from any and all claims we have under the law against the said estate and said administrator. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 28th day of August, AD 1950

Mohn Bros Garage - Owned by Harry and Oscar Mohn; moved to Lancaster in 1929. The first garage was on West King Street. Next they moved to Mulberry and Water St at the Reider building. There they sold Oakland and Pontiac 6 cylinder vehicles. From there they moved to 308 E King Street and rented from Fulton bank in 1933, originally Eastern Market. There they took on Buick with Pontiac. In 1942 the government took over the building due to the war. They relocated to the 500 block of West King St. In November of 1946 they bought the building where Red Rose is today. It was originally a Cadillac place.
