One of our major goals is to confirm the parents of Higgins Cremeans. We are almost certain, based on circumstantial evidence, that Higgins is descended from John Cremeen of Maryland. We think the line of descent is as shown in the family tree provided.

NOTE: we have not yet been able to confirm that Joseph is the father of Higgins. Any information confirming who Higgin's
parents are will be greatly appreciated!
