Lend unto my wife Mary during her life my whole estate, personal and real. My wife is to give to my son Jesse Rigney the whole estate at her decease. After my just debts are paid, the excutor is to make a deed to William Griffith and Henry Newton for the land where they now live. Appoint my son Jesse Rigney and my wife Mary Rigney executors.
