Temple Man Dies Tuesday Night John Benneck, 65, died in a local hospital Tuesday at 10:30 p.m. after an illness of several months. A native of Czechoslovakia, he came to the United States in 1890 and settled in Washington County. For the past year, he has lived in Temple. He is survived by three sons, John H. Benneck, Houston, William Benneck of Corpus Christi, Clyde Benneck of San Angelo, Miss Elsie Benneck of San Antoniio, Mrs. E. W. McGee of Fort Worth; one brother, Joe Pechal of Marfa; one sister, Rozina Paysse of Temple; three grandchildren. Rev. Joseph Hegar will conduct funeral services at 3 p.m. in the Hewett chapel. Burial will be in the Seaton cemetery.
