Dr. Joseph Alexander Crook was the last child of Jeremiah and Mary Polly Arnold Crook. He married Martha Cawthon. They had four daughters, Allie, Dru, Patty, and Celeste, and a son, Dr. Jere L. Crook of Jackson, TN. Not pictured are Dr. Jere Crook's sons, Dr. William G. Crook of Jackson TN, author of the Yeast Connection, and Dr. Angus McDonald Greene Crook of Nashville, TN. Their mother was Millian Greene Crook, a long time member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Jackson, TN.
