The Brooklyn NY Cullen Family Home Page

I have just begun to research my family genealogy. The Cullen family, for at least two generations before mine, was based in Brooklyn New York. there are now two generations below me. Common given names are Edward, James, Thomas, Richard, Ruth, Ann, Patricia and Kathleen. My grandfather was Edward Frances Cullen. and was born in 1876 in New York. I do not know anything about his father except that his name was James and his wife's name was Ann Larkin. There are traditions that both sides of the family came from Ireland sometime in the 1800s. I have not yet
determined who, where and when.

I am also researching my Mother's side of the family which was
Cunningham. So far, however, I am concentrating on the Cullen
family.
