| I am a descendent of William Cunningham (b. 1776 in Scotland) & Nancy Carr (b. 1770 in VA). Trying to identify William Cunningham's sister & parents. Would also like more info on Carr family, including Nancy's connection to Dabney Carr & Thomas Jefferson. Other lines & names I am researching include: NOEL (Thomas Noel, b. 1779 in VA) DEW (Nancy Dew, b 1815 in VA, d. 1880) MCDONALD (John Wesley, b. 1844, d. 1923 in KY) BAILEY (Parthenia, b, 1849 in KY, d. 1927) PIPER (Russell, b. 1809 in TN) BENEDICT (Kittie Ann, b. 1845, d. 1934 in KY) FERRELL (Thomas Bynum, b. 1772 Buncombe Co., NC) WALKER (Wilson Y., b. 2/5/1815, d. 8/15/1875 KY) ELLIOTT (James, b. 2/2/1803 in KY, d. 2/24/1881 Would also like to learn more about William Caldwell Cunningham. Born 4/11/1838 in Trigg County, KY, (son of Robert Cunningham, grandson of William & Nancy). Left family in western KY & moved to Arkansas--don't know why he moved (another woman). Would like to find out where he was buried (died 1895?) and if he had other children. Most of my ancestors come from western Kentucky. I live in sunny South Florida via Lexington, KY; Atlanta, GA; Greenville, SC; Columbia, SC; and Washington, DC. Geneology is a hobby; would love to have it as a profession.
