My ongoing family tree research includes my own as well as my late husband's family. My father & his 2 sisters (Engman) emigrated from Finland in the early 1900s and settled in BC. My mother's parents (Johnson aka Sivula and Carlson) emigrated from Finland/Sweden and settled in ON. My husband's grandfather (John Cunningham) emigrated from Scotland in the late 1800s and settled in the interior of BC, and his mother's family (Wilkinson) emigrated from England in the early 1900s and also settled in the interior of BC.
