Besides the Cyphers who originally came from Colorado, I am also looking for the ancestors of Albert John Bassett, born in Nebraska in 1888 and the ancestors of Nettie Mae Oliver born in Indiana in 1882. The ancestors of the Cyphers will be my first focus. Grant Chapman Sands Cyphers was born somewhere in Colorado or The Dalles, Oregon.Grant tells a story about his dad when he was courting his mom in Colorado.
