The Atwells and Barrs Originally from Winchester, VirginiaUpdated February 6, 2006 |
I am researching my mother's family, the Atwells, Barrs, and Walls of Virginia. I know that her parents, Samuel Russell Atwell and Carrie P Barr Atwell were married in Winchester, Virginia and had 11 children (1 of which died as an infant). The family was split up after Carrie's death in 1920 and have since spread out throughout the United States and perhaps beyond. I would appreciate any information anyone can give me to help in my research and I will be glad to share any information I have with you. |
