RESOLUTIONS OF G. A. R.
Again the roll of Eternity has been called and our Comrade A. C. Menor has been transferred from the Grand Army on earth into the greater host beyond the silent river. In the sixties in the strength of youth he quickly responded to his country's call, afterwards in the maturity of manhood he enlisted for Christian service and now has passed on to receive the reward of a well spent life. We, his surviving comrades of Abilene Post No. 63, appreciating his patriotic service and true Christian character hereby extend to the family and friends of our departed comrade our sincere sympathy and commend them to the mercy of Him, without whose care not even a sparrow falleth to the ground.

CARD OF THANKS
We wish to express our sincere thanks to the friends and neighbors who so kindly assisted us during the illness and death of our beloved husband and father. -- Mrs. S. J. Menor and Son -- D. E. Roberson and Family.
