Subject: Geneology request, Guildhall, VT.

We researched your request, but did not find the people who you are looking for. However, we did find a Joseph Bemis of Granby VT; married to one Mary Elvira Cook of Richford, NY, (6-3-1858). They had three children: Nellie A. (3-16-1860), John C. (2-19-1863) and Mary Edith (5-13-1871).

Also found one Eunice Perkins of Northumberland NH; Married to David Tucker of maidstone VT in 6-22-1842, presumably after James died (Eunice and James married in 1811).

Oliver and Deidamia deeds were in our land records, some of their land passed to Joseph B.

Also, many of our children were born at the hospital in Lancaster NH, then and today . Perhaps that might be the place to look. For further reference, are you aware of the vital records office for VT? The number is 802-828-2794. Hope this helps.
