Last year I started compiling my family tree, and have had great luck thus far on the Dail side. However, my mother's side (Bohn and Jellison) has proved much harder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am researching the John Bohn family from Dubuque, IA. John Bohn was born on April 25, 1847 and emigrated from Bavaria, Germany. He arrived in Dubuque, IA in the 1850s via riverboat. His wife was Rosina Lorenz. Any information concerning John Bohn and/or Rosina Lorenz and their families would be appreciated.

In addition, I'm researching the William Jellison family from France. William was originally from France and married Margaret Larkins from Ireland. They eventually had one son, Jessie, who was born in Pennsylvania. Jessie married Mary Margaret McLaughlin from Pontiac, MI. Mary Margaret McLaughlin's parents were William and Catherine McLaughlin. William was from Ireland.

Other surnames I am researching are Dail, Eddy, Hawk, McCall, McNeil, McNeill, Newton, Nottingham, Priest, Ramirez, Robothem, Seger, Sharer, Swanson, Thomas, Thompson, Turney, and Wood among others.

Any information about any of these surnames would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
