Notes for Lloyd C. Henry:
Lloyd Henry, as far as I know a very fine gentleman.Did not really get to know Lloyd until later in his life. When I was young the only time I saw Lloyd was when he brought his father to visit.Once I got a little older it was off to the Navy and services in World War II.Also it seemed like Lloyd was always very busy with his business. He was a used car dealer and never really had any time off.Once I got home from the Navy, I went south to Kansas City and school. After completing school I got a job with Northwest Airlines and never seemed to get back to Minneapolis until I was employed by the Federal Aviation Agency and was reassigned to Minneapolis. In the 1960s our family would have Lloyd come for dinner or we would pick him up and take him for a ride around the country-side.After 1969 I took a job in Detroit, and Muncie, Indiana. In 1972,while living in Belleville, Michigan and working in Detroit my wife received a phone call telling me that Lloyd had died.I was in such a position that I could not return to Minneapolis and help with his funeral. If anyone reading this knew Lloyd and would like to add anything to this report, please let me know and I will update.
