Item I give and bequeath unto my two sons Peter H. Guy and Marcellus Guy the farm whereon I now reside consisting of three tracts on parts of land one part called Bonds Purchase containing fifty one acres two roads and twents perches Thompsons expense containing forty eight acres one road and twenty perches and one part called Bains Dwelling containing one hundred acres to it more or less with all the house and improvementes theron to them and their heirs forever provided they shall comfortably maintain their mother as long as she lives and at her death they shall pay to my other heirs the sum of two hundred dollars without interest. I also give unto Peter H. Guy three mulch cows to take huckner?? of the three best that I own also one yoke of oxen be choice also one sorrel horse called red Buck also one bed furniture to him and his heirs forever.

Item I give unto my son Marcellus Guy one curtin bed?? better furniture sufficienct to clothe thress beds also one gray horse called heigh Larkey to him his heirs forever.

Item I give unto my two sons Peter H & Marcillus Guy one ox cart one set waggon wheels two cultivaors one plough and twao sets of plough gear one wheat fan and all my stock hogs all the cordwood that may be on hand at my death also the crop of all kinds that may be growing or on hand at my death to them and their heirs forever.

Item I give to my wife Elizabeth Guy two beds and furniture and all the money that I may have on hand at my death.

Item I give to my son Thomas P Guy all my mechanic tools of all kinds to him and his heirs forever.

Item I give to my daughter Priscilla Lathurm the sume of forty dollars to her and her heirs forever.

Item I give unto my Granddaughter Elizabeth Lathurm wife of Henry Lathrum the sum of five dollars to her and her heirs forever.

Item I also give unto Stephen Bowles and Eliza? Bowles my two grandchildren the sum of five dollars each to them and their heirs forever.

Item I also give to Mariah Guy daughter of my brother Mmmm/ander Guy the sum of fifteen dollars in consideration of her faithful servce and attachment to me during my sickness.

And Lastly at my death for all my estate both real and personal not otherwise directed by me in this will to be sold and the money arising therefor after paying such legacies and herefor decres and all necessary expenses to be equally divided between seven of my sons Joseph Guy, John C Guy, James Guy Richard Joseph, William Guy, Thomas P. Guy and Francis L. Guy in equal portion to share and share alike and at the death of my wife the aforesaid five hundred dollars that will then be due my estate from Peter H Guy and Marcillus Guy shall then be attained for unpaid and that shall be equaly divided among my aforementioned seven sons, Joseph Guy John C Guy James Guy Richard Guy William Guy Thomas P Guy and Francis L. Guy to them and their heirs forever.

And I do hereby constitue and appoint my son Peter N. Guy to be sole executor of this my last will and Testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me herefore made ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last will and testament.

In testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred fifty two signed sealed and published I declared by John Guy the above named testator as and for his last will testament in the presens=ce of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names a witness thereto.
