Lincoln Lloyd Elliott (son of William Quincy Elliott and Rebecca Jane Jackson) was born February 17, 1867 in Center Township, Wayne County, Indiana, and died September 03, 1927 in Haviland, Kiowa County, Kansas. He married Ruth Elizabeth Tucker on August 21, 1891 in Sterling, Rice County, Kansas.

Lincoln & his wife Ruth were received into membership at Sterling MM on April 8, 1893. Lincoln L. Elliott was married with four children and living in Pratt Co., KS in 1902. He was a painter and decorator by trade. His minor children were granted cetificate to Haviland Friends Meeting from Sterling Friends Meeting on Feb. 2, 1911. He owned 800 acres of farm and ranch land at Haviland in 1918.
Obituary notice in "The American Friend", 1927: "LINCOLN L. ELLIOTT--At Hutchinson Hospital, Haviland, Kansas, September 3, 1927 Lincoln L., son of William Q. and Rebecca J. Elliott, in his 61st year. He is survived by his widow and six children."
