Notes for Velma Theros Hibbs: MEMORIAL OBITUARY Mrs. Velma Theros Abramson died Saturday June 6, 1992 at Miller's Merry Manor in Lagrange, IN. She was born Jan.25, 1908 in Wheatland Center,Hillsdale Co., Mich., the daughter of Charles and Mary (Payne) Hibbs. Mrs, Abramson married Leon Glen Abramson on June 15, 1924 in Litchfield. He preceded her in death on May 22, 1988. Mrs. Abramson was a member of the Free Methodist Church in Coldwater. Survivors include three daughters; Mrs. Leonard (Donna) Deal of Coldwater, Mrs. Phil (Bonnie) Fritts of Kalamazoo and Mrs. Roger (Lois) Munson of South Bend, IN.; nine grandchildren and eight great-grand-children. She was preceded in death by one son, Leon G. Abramson Jr. and four brothers, Cleon M., Cedric A., Eldred R., Hurley L. and two sisters, Iva B., Lela M. Funeral services have been set for 4 P.M. Tuesday June 9 at the Free Methodist Church in Coldwater, with the Rev. Nelson Brandymore officiating. Friends may visit The Gillespie Funeral Home today from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.
