I am researching the Douthat family tree. My searching indicates that family members lived in West Virginia, and Kentucky. Harry W. Douthat of Bluefield, West Virginia Married Mary Susie Hickey of MtVernon, Kentucky. They had a son Harry Vernon Douthat and a daughter Sue Virginia Douthat, both resided in Louisville KY.

I am also researching the Phillip Fidalis Prechtel family tree. Phillip Prechtel of Indiana, married Elizabeth Thresia Brang, of Indiana. Parents came to the US from Germany. Any information you have to share on either ansecestry would be appreciated.
