| I am researching the family line of my Maternal Grandparents, Arthur Daniel Dykes, and Rose Lee Sanders. My Great Grandfather, Alford Dykes, was listed in the 1910 census in Perry, Taylor County, Florida. He was 30 in 1910. His wife, Beulah Cannon, was 24. She was reported to be of Native American bloodlines, possibly Creek or Cherokee. The Sanders line was from Georgia, probably around Atlanta. My Great Grandfather was Jefferson Sanders, married to Mary Stevens, (Stephens?). I am also tracing my wife's family ancestry, of Greek descent, all settling in Salt Lake City, Utah. Alexander Anastasios Zaharias died in 1955 in Salt Lake, and arrived in this country as a young boy in 1909. Family surnames include Marganis, and Janos, all around Salt Lake City. Any information between those willing to share it will be exchanged and appreciated. |
