Notes for Edward Bilcliffe: Edward Billcliffe was constable of Cumberworth in 1677. Wakefield Record Office have a document dated Jan 1677 reference QS1/16/2/5/2 about a court case at Wakefield Quarter Sessions against him. His will is held at the Borthwick Institute, York, and was proved on 2 May 1694. There is also what appears to be the probate form and an inventory. The inventory totals £131-5-0, which is a great deal!
