Johan Adam Scheub left the small village of Odernheim in the Rheinland - Pfalz with his second wife Julaina Magdalena Suter to sail to America aboard the ship, "Molly", arriving Philadelphia, Pa., on 16 October 1741. First they settled in Germantown, Philadelphia, Pa., later purchasing 108 Acres in the cental part of Hatfield Twp., then Philadelphia County, now Montgomery County, Pa. He paid 230 pounds for the land on which he built his life long home. It remained in the Scheib family for 77 years.

Johannes Shellenberger arrived in America aboard the Pennsylvania Merchant, on 11 Sep 1732.

During the Revolution, Johannas Shellengerger was a private in the Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. ( See "The 1995 Year Book of the Pennsylvania Society Sons of the American Revolution', page 524.)

Both Johannes and Margaret (Roedline) Shellenberger are buried at Leidy's Old Burial Ground, near Souderton, Pa.

Michael Scholl was born at his father's plantation, "Athens", in Hellertown, Northamption Co., Pa.. He was a farmer and a Revolutionary War Veteran. In 1779 he served under Captain Egbert's Co., Upper Salford Militia. From 1764 to 1825, he was a Trustee of Christ German Reformed Church at Indian Creek, Telford, Montgomery Co., Pa. His farm was located along the Branch Creek, Upper Salford Twp., Montgomery Co., Pa. He was buried on 18 Sep 1825 in grave #5, which is now located under one of the expansion buildings of Indian reek Reformed church. His wife's grave, #6 is also located under the church buildings.
