HELLO AGAIN!!Welcome to the search for the many descendants and kin of Marquis Marcellus DeBurger and Catherine Daubenheyer! Born in the 1820s, their marital union produced nine children--all born in Indiana. Family records indicate that Catherine's Dutch grandparents came from Holland while Marquis' French ancestors were from Alsace-Lorraine originally. The search for confirming info on our oral history is exciting; and thus far, much data has been assembled and can be found in reports and trees available for your use on this site. While some portions herein are "privatized," much more comprehensive reports and trees are available for serious study. PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH UPDATE INFO ON YOUR FAMILY GROUP(marriages, births, deaths, etc)!!!

We have many old documents, pictures, letters, etc. and will gladly make copies available. But, since family history is a shared "labor of love," please actively join us in this exciting quest for better understanding of our historical-cultural roots. We are exploring many aspects of our kinship history and experience; so you can help by sending along info on your own family group, reunion notes, pics, etc. Again, WELCOME!!
