I am researching the descendants of Michael Samuel DeBruhl. He arrived in North America in 1749 with Major Edward Cornwallis.
The family tree I have compiled by linking with existing trees has 2600 names.

Although he arrived in Halifax, Nova Scotia, he later took his family to South Carolina.

I am especially interested in trying to get information about his life before he came to North America.

Although he was born in Germany, he married an English woman named Margaret Pring at St. Anne's church.
