John de Campenhout's Genealogy Home Page

I am researching the 'van CAMPENHOUT' family originating in Belgium, but aldso extend in the Netherlandsm. The family name first apears in a deed concerning some land given to the "Abdij Affligem" in 1173. My own research (documented) goes back to the middle of the fourtheenth century (see family tree), although I have many names going back to the thirtheenth century. Any information, beyond that which is published here, would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
