The Will of Thomas Willis Sr.

In the name of God Amen! I, Thomas Willis of the County of Rowan and State of N. Carolina being in a low state of health, etc.

1. Wife to receive 100 acres of land containing all old and new buildings along       with cattle, etc. line to be laid off next to son Thomas.
2. George, son, 100 acres of land
3. Thomas, son, 100 acres of land
4. James, son, 100 acres adjoining George's land (the residue knowing by the part first settled and cultivated by my son in law Jonathan Wiseman.
My son in law Hazel Molland is to have for 3 years clear of any rent only to put it under good and sufficient fence and after the expiration of the 3 years if my grandson John Wiseman will pay up without fraud all back costs as to entering and obtaining a title and all back......? thence it is my will that it be his property. But, if he does not comply with them terms, I give and bequeath it to my son Adam.)
5. Rachel, daughter, a one year old mare colt.
6. Hannah, daughter, one white faced cow and calf.
