The MacCuish Lloyd Family Home Page

This family tree begins with John MacCuish married to Mary McKichan. They came to Canada in 1828 from North Uist, Scotland. They settled in Nova Scotia. It was a large family. I am also searching the Lloyd family. My grandfather Walter Lloyd married Flora Ellen MacCuish, June 22, 1896 in Westville, Nova Scotia.
The MacCuish/Lloyd family includes other families:
Wilson, Kellock, Noble, Tarr, Garvin, Roy, Dorey, Dickenson, Cowley, Picavance and Mills to name a few.

The Lloyd descendants came from John Lloyd & Elizabeth Picavance. I have found two children, Walter & Esther. Esther had 8 children, one Elizabeth married an Arthur Cowley of Rainhill, England. Trying to find more information on the Lloyd's. Most information leads back to the Rainhill, Merseyside, Prescot, England area.
