Find Family
I am looking for information on William DeHart and Rebecca Jane Haas. My Great-grandfather, William DEHART was born December 26, 1836 in Franklin Co., Pa. and died December 12, 1906 in Starkweather, Ramsey Co., North Dakota. On October 21, 1860 he married Rebecca Jane HAAS in Centerville, Cumberland County, PA. She was born January 21, 1840 in PA either in Lehigh or Cumberland County, Pa. She died January 27, 1923 in Starkweather, Ramsey Co., North Dakota. This information comes from a family bible I have and their obituaries.

His father may be Thomas DEHART. He was the only DeHart in Franklin County at the time. The IGI has an entry for William s/o Thomas DEHART and Elizabeth HECKLER being born in 1828.

Other surnames I am interested in;
Martha STEARNS b. 1830, d. 26 Jan 1909 in Westville, Franklin Co., NY. She married Albon CUSHMAN in 1849. According to her death certificate, her parents were Asa STEARNS and Nettie(?) ELLSWORTH.

Looking for information on the HAAS family from Lehigh Co., PA. Rebecca's father Isaac HAAS married Susanna ALSPAUGH. Isaac's father Isaac married Margaretha MOHR in Lehigh County, PA. Isaac's father Henry married Catharine BREINIG.

Joseph ALDRICH. I have a death record for him that lists his parents as Ernest and Margaret ALDRICH. I cannot find Ernest ALDRICH anywhere. His father may be Peter, who seems to be the only Aldrich in Macomb County at that time. Joseph is from Ontario Co., NY and died in Lapeer Co., MI.

He married Caroline PARKER in 1832 in Macomb Co., MI.
Her death record indicates her parents were James and Caroline PARKER. I am having trouble finding them.

John HUSSEY b. Ireland. Married Mathilda WELSH 1 May 1845 in Shenandoah Co., Va., moved to Augusta Co., Va. and died there 25 SEP 1883.

Descendants of the following families;

Benjamin HOUFF of Augusta County, Virginia.
James HARKNESS who came to Delaware County, New York from Ireland in 1803.
Robert RIDDELL who came from County Monaghan, Ireland to New York.
Bendix HERRIG whose children came from Schleswig-Holstein, Prussia and settled in Sac County, Iowa
Franz MOHR who came from Schleswig-Holstein, Prussia to Iowa.
Silas CUSHMAN who settled in Franklin County, New York
