James Binns and Mary Roe were married in England and came to the United States following their sons Sam and Matt. Joyce Clarke decendant of James & Mary's daughter who stayed in England researched the Binns and Roe families and I have used much of her work in putting the Binns/Roe part of my book together.
Patrick Laffy Maloney came from Ireland to West Virginia and married Martha Sophers. Their decendant, Charles Maloney researched the Maloney family and I have used his work . You may read further about the Maloney's in "Devoted To Sunday" by Charles Maloney.
The Johnson family history was completed by Allie Ost whose ancestor was a sister to my great grandmother. The Johnsons farmed in Wiota, Wi and Iowa. Then the Morans. The Paul Morans have worked diligently to find where James Moran lived in Ireland. It is still a mystery but we know that he arrived in Shullsburg, Wi in 1834. He married Margaret Landrigan who was from Maine. They farmed in Wiota, Wi until his death. they had 11 children. Paul is a decendant of one son and I of another.
