Notes for Lloyd Dellinger: "Lloyd Dellinger Middletown - The Rev. Lloyd Dellinger, 77, 618 N. Sixth St. died Sunday morning in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
A native of Greencastle, he was a Middletown area resident most of his life.
He retired from Delco Remy in 1968 after 33 years of employment. He had been associate pastor at Tabor Baptist Church near Middletown and also pastored at Pleasant Valley Christian Church and Mt. Pleasant Community Church. He was an ordained minister for more than 30 years.
Surviving are three sons, Larry Dellinger, Jack Dellinger and Max Dellinger, all of Middletown, nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Tabor Baptist Church with Rev. Tom Caster and the Rev. Claude Creel officiating. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery.
Friends may call at Ballard and Shirey Funeral Home from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday or one hour at the church prior to services.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tabor Baptist Church."
