DELAMATER, HAMMOND, MAY, GARY, REED, DANIELS, FRINK and DAVIS

The early Delamaters settled in Harlem and north in the Hudson River Valley before traveling to western New York. The Hammond family's route was from New Jersey. The May and Gary families were from Germany and came thru southern Pennsylvania to north west Ohio.

The Reed and Daniels families emmigrated thru Connecticut. After the Revolution they settled in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. The Frinks were early settlers in Stonington, Connecticut. The Davis family trekked across Massachusetts and both of these families were among the early settlers in Chenango County, New York.
