Davis' are from the New Jersey/Philadelphia area - Joseph Patrick Davis b. 1876 d. 1947 married Catherine Veronica Coyle b. abt 1885 d. 1972. Children were Catherine, Mary, James, William and John.

Callaghan's are from Philadelphia and South New Jersey via Ireland. Thomas Callaghan married Bridget Jordan in Ireland. They lived in Philadelphia in the early part of the 1900's then returned to Ireland to Swinford, County Mayo. Children were James, Tom, Michael, Margaret and Mary.
