Demars: Location Canada, Assumption, Christian County Illinois and Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County New York
Sawyer: Dundee, NY


I will only add information to this page as it becomes documented to the best of my knowledge.
I am open to any assistance in the above mentioned surnames research.

UPDATE DECEMBER 2004:
I am happy to report that I have found new information on my Demers/Demars line!

If there is anyone out there who has a Demars connection, please email me.
My Demars line so far have been found in Canada, Illinois, Oklahoma, New York(Ogdensburg St, Lawrence Cty, Champlain, Altona, and Mooers Fork, Clinton Cty, Washington, New Orleans, LA. I am still actively searching for more Demars connections and trying to piece the puzzle together.
I am anxious to hear from all the Demars/Demers cousins out there.
