This book is dedicated to all my family, past and present. I feel truly blessed to have been given a life full of good fortune. In addition to my ancestors' unique combinations of genes, their values and beliefs were their legacies. Decisions made, hardships endured, commitments made by my ancestors have contributed much of my present circumstances. For that I thank them and hope that this book will help honor and remember them.
