2. HENRY C.² PRICE (JOHN¹) was born October 1821 in of Meadow Bluff Disct., Greenbrier County, WV, and died 1883 in WV. He married MARGARET S. HANNA March 03, 1843, daughter of JAS HANNA and MARGARET HANNA. She was born August 01, 1816 in Virginia, and died October 05, 1899 in Rupert, Greenbreir County, WV.

WILL                        Recorded in Will Book No.8 at page 572
                                                      I, Henry C. Price, of Meadow Bluff Disct., Greenbrier County, West Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make and publish this as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void every and all other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
      First, I direct my executors hereinafter named to pay all my just depts, furneral expenses and the incident to the administration of my Estate as soon as resononably may be after I decease.
      Second, I give, divise and bequeath to my daughter Flora Ann Walkup the sum of Filve Dollars ($5.00/100) and to the living children of my daughter Ester A Shawver (deceased) namely Wiatt Shawver and Chloe Grimmit the sum of One Dollar each. Addie J. Hayskett $5.00 five dollars Lidia Harford $5.00five Dollars and to my son J.W. Price now living at Spokane falls, Washington, the sum of $5.00 dollars and do hereby release him of any dept he may be due me and to the six living children of my son Leonder K. price I give and vequeth the following Eva Smith nee Eva Price the sum of one dollar, Leola Dolson nee Leola Price the sum of one dollar and Mattie McClung nee Mattie Price the sum of one dollar and to the TWO (2) sons of the aforesaid Leonder K Pricethe following,to
Hill Price the sum of Ten Dollars, Jim Price the sum of Ten Dollars, and to the Minor daughter of the said Leonder K. Price namely Iva Price the sum of Ten dollars making an equal amount of Ten Dollars each.
      And to my son Nathan C. Price I give and bequeath the remainder of my estate both personal and real consisting of the home place upon which he resides togather with every and all furniture and farm implements and evertthing pertaining thereto, to have and to hold to his heirs and executors.
      In Wittness whereof I have caused my name and to be signed hereto in presence of the witnesses hereto, this the 23 day of July, 1912, and do hereby nominate my son N. C. Price as executor.
