This is my reasearch of twenty-one years, of some of the decendents of William Mathews, who came to America from County Down North Ireland, to join Washington's Army in 1776. His son Alexander and his wife Prudence Laughlin are my Great Great Grandparents on my father's side. Thier son, John Raymond Mathews and his wife Theodocia Albino Collins were my Great grandparents. The last son born to them was Lyman Busey Mathews. Lyman and his wife Minnie Leotta Kepler were my fathers parents. This has been a labor of love and honor to those ancestors who helped to build this great land of ours. However I cannot find much information about Theodocia Albino Collins,br. 19 Feb. 1835 in Ohio.It is a loss, for she is one lady who I really want to know more of.

Happy Hunting, Bonnie Mathews Deringer
