| I'm just starting out on the journey to find all the family in between The Dermodys and The Thornburghs. Fortunately, the Thornburgh line was traced all the way back through 1380. There are many missing links I'd like to find out. What happened to Rachel Sutherland's parents? It shows both her parents died the year she was born. She married William Canaday in Iowa. I'd love to find out what happened to the remainder of the Canadays in Iowa. I also don't have information on Emma Hughes' father, John Hughes, who came to California from Ireland. If there is anyone who has more information on Patrick Dermody and especially family that may still be in Ireland, please let me know right away. We'll be visiting Mullinivat, Kilkenny, Ireland in October and would love to meet Dermody relatives there! There is a lot of information but a lot more I'd like to find out!
