| My father, Daniel Richard Smith, has been researching our family lineage for several years. He's written letters to Germany and Ireland to try and get information. He has come to a dead end when he reaches the mid 1800's. My father has researched with such passion and dedication to finding as much information as he could and has enjoyed the journey along the way. I am merely his secretary inputting information for him to produce a nice looking family history. It has peeked my interest now that I have been inputting this information and I have started to try and find some information that he hit a brick wall with. It makes me feel so good knowing that he cares so much about our family that he has dedicated all of his time to researching it and making it easier for generations to come. |
