I am researching Ann Poythress, one of the ancestors of the Rev. Theodoric Pryor of Virginia, my great great grandfather. Theodoric Pryor's parents were Ann Bland and Richard Pryor. They were first cousins. Richard Pryor's mother and Ann Bland's father were children of Ann Poythress. I am looking for the ancestors of Ann Poythress, who was born on July 13, 1712 and died on April 9, 1758. I believe her father was Peter Poythress. I am under the impression her mother may have been a Bolling from one of the John Bolling marriages. But it would seem the Bolling women children were all spoken for. Can any one assist me. |
