The Didawick Family

The Descendants of Stephan Dietewig (Didawick)
Johann Stephan Dietewig arrived to the United States in the year of 1749 on the passenger ship Lydia. Stephan and his wife settled in the Shenandoah County Virginia Northern Neck and reared 11 children. As of date there have been over 3500 individuals to have been researched who belong to the family. Each year the Didawick family hold a reunion in the fall. We are hoping that the year 2006 will be the largest ever gathering of the family members. If anyone finds there names listed in the section of Descendants of Stephan Dietwig, please feel free to contact me regarding the date and time of the reunion. Remember...we all have Stephan's blood running through us.
