| I am researching the family of LeRoy Diede and Diana (Schmidt) Diede. LeRoy's parents are William (Bill) and Ruth Diede from Streeter, North Dakota Married in March 1944. Some familiy names include Helefistine, Schroeder, Spitzger and and Metzger. Their family origin started in South Russia and settled in North Dakota. We are also researching the Family of Diana Lee (Schmidt) Diede. Her Parents are Winfred & Elvira Caroline Schmidt. They were married June 4,1945. Elvira is a decendent of the Lanemier family from Nebraska. Her mother was Edna Niemann from Nebraska and Married to Louis Ouart. Some family names are Piepkorn, Ouart, Niemann, Trigloff and Langemier. The family origin is Germany I believe. We would appreciate any information that can help us get started and fill in the blanks of what information we do have. We are willing to share what we have so far. |
