My family on both sides has remained a mystery to me for too longin just the past day and a half I have reasearched my Greatgrandmother Catherine Diegelman back to Catherine Mcandrew daughter of Thomas McAndrew.Those of you from this branch of the family may know that she had a sister named Helen whom I have also traced as a daughter of Thomas McAndrew. Though I know that Ruth and Ethel Diegelmans' maiden names were McKeever I don't know the name of my great grandmother on that side or Greatgrandfather.On the St.Laurent side I have the name Desire St.Laurent for my greatgrandfather but do not know the name of the greatgrandmother.I am the grandson of Simon St.Laurent Sr. and Rose Labrie on one side and on the other the grandson of Francis Diegelman and Ruth McKeever.This Francis is not the one known as " Diggy" though he was my great-uncle and married to Ethel McKeever. Anyway this is only my second day at this so I'll update later. |
