| I am adding to a family tree that has been started by my uncle, Mr George William Lovatt now of Aberystwyth, North Wales, UK. He has been researching the Welsh side of our family tree for over twenty years and has traced family records going back to the 1600's. I have started tracing the US side with my great, great uncle, a man called David Jones who was born in Llanrwst, North Wales, UK on October 8th 1834. He emigrated to the US through New York in 1857. He then moved to Ohio, then to Maryville, Tennessee where he lived until his death on March 25th 1914.I have a photograph of his old home in Maryville, Tennessee that was taken by his great-grand daughter Miss Doris Yearout in 1990.
