(a) Cincinnatis was the son of Samuel Jackson Dillon(1830-1913), grandson of Thomas Jackson Dillon(1799-1855) and ggrandson of Samuel James Dillon from Virginia.He married Melvina Sweargin in 1904.To this couple were born nine children.Cincinnatis "was a horse trader and trapper for many years."Like so many of his generation, Cincinnatis was known to be capable of "weaving a tale from nothing"."He loved to play practical jokes on people."
