(b) William A. Dillon was the younger brother of Vincent F. Dillon and son of William S. and Rachel Reed Dillon.(also at this site) He married
Valeria Ellen "Ella" Lunsford, about 1888, and to this union were born the following children: Myrtle, Hillis, Cesco, Lema, Jennie, Bessie and Jessie(twins) and John. This family is shown at this site in the group setting of the William S. Dillon extended family. The William A. Dillon family lived in Rome and Mason Twps., Lawrence Co., OH. William acquired the nickname "Doll" Dillon at an early age. He is listed in the 1880 Census as "Doll" Dillon, age 11. His brother Vincent as "Fary" Dillon, age 14. "Fary" was for Farrague, Vincent's middle name.
